Oosha chosen to provide 3rd party managed user support to Rutherfords LLP

Staffordshire firm selects Oosha to deliver support for their IT requirements.

Rutherfords LLP has chosen Oosha to provide comprehensive support for all their user IT requirements. With access to the entire support team, Rutherfords benefit from assistance with 1st line change requests through to complex technical issues, and 3rd line infrastructure support.

Based in Tamworth, Rutherfords needed more comprehensive support for their 30 users across their 3rd party applications. Having previously experienced issues with system downtime and prolonged ticket resolution times, the team wanted a specialist provider to deliver fast, effective and high performing support.

Oosha has been selected, as legal specialists, to provide this higher level of assistance for the 3rd party applications in use. The legal time, practice and case management software, Tikit, alongside Rutherfords’ digital dictation and voice recognition solution, SpeechWrite, will both be supported. The Oosha support team will help resolve issues and liaise where necessary regarding either software.

In addition, Rutherfords considered ways to improve their existing solution. Ultimately, they wanted to achieve added value through a more simplistic setup. Oosha’s extensive experience in providing IT solutions to law firms, allowed us to offer the support and remediation required to achieve this. Rutherfords benefit from enhanced security and efficiency to better meet the needs of the firm.
