As Oosha continues to grow, a key role has been filled as we welcome Paul Hendry as Head of Transition. To better support our clients, Oosha has seen recent growth in our technical engineer team, this has allowed a more effective and comprehensive service to be provided. To ensure this consistency across every customer interaction, our new Head of Transition will focus on creating a smooth IT implementation process for new and existing clients as their IT systems are deployed.

Paul brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing IT projects. In his previous roles, he was responsible for delivering major IT programmes at blue-chip organisations. He has delivered IT solutions for the last 22 years across a wide range of industries and brings with him the knowledge of IT industry best practice. Now at Oosha, he will be responsible for managing Major Projects and Service Transition. His objective; to streamline procedures and ease the onboarding process.

Ultimately, Paul’s expertise will help create more efficient working practices which better support and inform our clients. We look forward to Paul refining our processes and allowing us to better fulfil the demand for our services.

Paul has said “I am excited to have joined Oosha and I am looking forward to being able to bring my ideas to the company. The ethos of Oosha really drew me to join the team. Integrity, honesty, approachable, and openness, the customer focus and really going beyond what a normal MSP would offer, made Oosha stand out to me. With the driver to be best in the division and focusing on being a partner to our customers (rather than just an IT provider), I can see real potential for long and successful relationships with our customers, which we can continue to strive to make better. Now I am here, we will continue to bring in measurable improvements which I know our clients will feel the benefits of as well. The next step of the journey starts here, and I am excited to be part of the leadership team which will guide us through it”.

Matthew Newton, Oosha Joint Managing Director, added “We are very excited to have Paul join us as Head of Transition. He has already made great strides in reorganising our teams and executing new strategies. They both save time and provide a more comprehensive customer service. Paul will take a key role in getting new clients fully up and running with their bespoke solutions. All designed to maximise IT experience around their company needs.”

Oosha has provided leading cloud-hosted and managed IT services for over 10 years. In that time, we have focused on enabling professional services firms to concentrate on running their businesses, without the worry of technology letting them down. Paul's addition will allow Oosha to continue to provide the high level of proactive customer service we pride ourselves on, as well as ensuring clients are able to access the most effective IT solution for their business.
